New:
1018396 Premier Inn, South Great Georges Street
1018945 Travelodge, Townsend Street - replaced S0041 Ned's which was formerly on this site, likely using that licence as that surrendered for the hotel licence.
1018953 Fallon & Byrnes, Exchequer Street - a long standing restaurant and off-licence setup, a single pub licence likely makes life easier here.
1019034 The Samuel, Spencer Dock
Returns:
1018936: What was formerly 1010310 Napper Tandy, Merrion Row. Still closed to the best of my knowledge.
N0308 Quinns, Garristown - formerly the Garristown Inn which was closed for quite some time. Now open again.
Removals:
S0215 Corner House, Windy Arbour - closed for a very long time, has permission for change of use but hadn't started last time I passed.
